TERMS & CONDITIONS

Use of the services of Sarah’s Pet Care will be deemed as acceptance of the following terms and conditions:


  • Sarah’s Pet Care will meet the customer to determine the nature of the services required and to quote the price for these services.


  • The customer will be required to complete a booking form giving full details of all animals involved prior to commencement of the contract. This information will not be disclosed to any third party and all data will be stored securely.


  • The customer should inform Sarah’s Pet Care of any change to the booking as soon as possible.


  • All dogs must wear a collar and appropriate ID disc when on walks.  Failure to add one to your dog will result in them not going off lead.


  • Sarah’s Pet Care reserves the right to refuse services for bitches in season, unneutered dogs over the age of 18 months, puppies under the age of four months and dogs with aggression problems.​

  • In the event of any problems or emergency, Sarah’s Pet Care will immediately contact the customer or the customers nominated representative.

  • In the event of a pet becoming ill, Sarah’s Pet Care will retain the right to contact the client’s vets directly. The client will be responsible for any costs incurred, including mileage to and from the vet practice at a rate of 20p per mile.

  • Full payment is required during or on completion of the contract depending on the nature of the service provided.

​

  • Late cancellation (i.e. less than 24 hours before scheduled booking) will incur a 50% charge on all services.

​

  • Should Sarah’s Pet Care need to cancel a booking we will endeavour to give 14 days’ notice and any deposit will be refunded in full.

​

  • All Bank Holidays, including Christmas Eve and Easter Saturday will be charged at double the normal rate.

​

  • Sarah’s Pet Care will not be responsible for any loss or damage to a customer’s property, however caused.

​

  • During hot weather periods, Sarah’s Pet Care reserves the right to either cancel dog walks or make alterations for example; bringing walks forward, pushing walks back to evenings or offering a drop in service instead.
